They will take on any debt whatsoever. Even when the debtor pays by plan via direct debit. They use unfair tactics and harassment. Their customer service representatives speak to you like dirt.

If it's your debt! They're not choosy about who they think is responsible, I've had them try to make me responsible for debts I haven't even heard of from an address and a date of birth which wasn't mine, it was statute barred though, otherwise they would have pursued for a debt of somebody with the same name from Reading!
