This is Lowell Finance. Any positive ratings are by Lowell themselves. They have continued to harass me via Landline, letters and mobile phone calls and I have been paying them by direct debit without fail for years now. By paying what I could afford consistently it has given them free reign to use subtle threats. The harassment is exactly the same if you pay or not, it is against the law but the law only protects you if you have money to implement it.
