Made the mistake of providing them details last year for a quote, keep calling back now to provide a new quote. Explained several times we are going with someone else, but they still insist on speaking to the Director. Told them he's away for MONTHS!!! but they still call every day.

Talked to them in past as I thought I'd dealt with them before. But when they kept pushing me to different "departments", each time failing to give me a simple quote or ballpark figure, and kept asking same daft questions over and over again (they had most details wrong), I said email. They said they can't I said I don't do business with people that can't email, so we cannot progress. They kept ringing repeatedly despite this.
