As said by others, this IS the Barclays Fraud Team, I did not answer the call, because it was coming up as Financial Services in the App, and although that is valid, it is much more specific than that, and given the possibility of being a victim of fraud I would answer it (knowing what I do now). BUT, take care of what info you give to them, they will not ask you anything to do with password\pins etc, but they WILL need to ask a couple of questions to pass you through security, with me they asked for the account number in question, and the sort code along with my D.O.B., they need to be sure it is you they are talking to, then they asked about a couple of my recent purchases just to check they are also valid. But if you have the slightest doubt about it, or you do not want to answer certain questions as your not sure, just say you will ring them back about it in x amount of time say (they will be fine about this), that way you can be certain it is your bank as you will be using a number you know to be true, I called via my banking App as you already pass through most of the security, and can be certain you are calling a valid number, if you ring the normal number, just ask to be put through to the fraud section, and they will sort you out.

Check it again, I just used that link, copied and pasted the number (03332027460) into the box, shows it IS legit, maybe if you typed the number you had a typo giving a false result perhaps ?
