I am no longer employed by CF247 - anything I write does not represent the company at all or it's views. However this is actually something they're aware of especially if you apply and then set a call-back on the website as well it's possible that they can call twice. It's annoying, but doesn't generally cause any detriment but they're unable to see on their side if another agent is on the phone to you. We usually find out during/after the call when notes start updating on the profile. Either way I hope they were able to help, should be fixed in the future :)

If you ask for a quote for car finance, they'd call you for that. Calling for a product you apply for is separate to marketing preferences. Either way the call is to show you the options they have so they can get you a tailored quote, they're there to help you with something you want to do and if that stops, just let them know they'll close it down for you.
