Supposedly HMRC but says essentially that a case has been lodged against my name which will have HARD AND LEGAL CONSEQUENSES if I don't reply as soon as possible. But obviously a scam as then ends call with HAVE A BLESSED DAY. I have left this comment because of the harassing and threatening tone which really could unnerved some recipients.
