Got a call after MoneySupermarket search and details filled in. This was the broker, who patiently took me through whatever I needed. 40 minutes on the phone. Genuine call... although I understand if you are not ready to commit - may be a nuisance

This number called me after i got quotes off c.t.m...the guy mentioned c.t.m so being sceptical i looked on the compare site... the company "lifesearch" do actually do the calls for c.t.m...so it is official... hope it helps...

Got insurance quotes on compare the market and immediately started getting calls from various numbers saying they were from insurance companies. First guy was very rude and got offended when I said I wasn't interested in taking out insurance. Got number of calls after some I ignored some I answered and they hung up. The latest said he was from Life Search, I told him I'd already been contacted and I had told them before I wanted my number removed from the register but he just told me I hadn't been contacted before and he just said well next time don't put your number and you won't get calls.

They seem to be partnered with Compare The Market.com (CTM) and I've double checked my quote form and marketing preferences for CTM, which both state "Do Not Contact", clearly LifeSearch ignored this and called me anyway. Tweet posted with call screenshot and tagged both companies. Will make a complaint to TPS.
