Claimed I'd registered with Trade2 and had $250 in my account. I told them I'd never heard of them. They insisted I'd registered for financial services so I hung up and blocked them.

Just had a call from this number, "Trade Ventures" was the company name with an extremely fast talking person on the other end saying something about making money online. When I explained that I had in fact not registered for anything of the sort, "Stephanie" said I may have clicked on an ad and that's how they got my details. Since when does clicking an ad give someone your phone number?! Red flag was when she immediately asked me to start providing personal information for verification... sorry but that's not happening when you called me. Once I said I wasn't interested she became rather aggressive, accused me of lying about not registering and then starting huffing at me. At which point I said no thank you, goodbye, and hung up. I'm not sure that getting angry with people is going to convince them to buy with whatever you are touting! What was funny was how she kept reassuring me that calls were recorded "darling" and that I had nothing to worry about "darling" so please give me your information. Then it became "I don't really care about your personal information I just need to verify" then "Why bother registering if you're just going to waste my time"!

I had Exactly the same as a previous Reviewer i.e Terribly aggressive contact. Was claiming that I registered with them for financial services and secondary income. hardly possible to understand what they were saying . had to stop the call abruptly. They got my number as the contact for a website that I registered for a friend some years ago. They wanted to 'Activate' online payments - doubtless this would have lead to asking for my bank details - Each time I said No, she got more aggressive saying 'Don't you want to make more money?' I think it rude to hang up on anyone but this she would not relent
