Some guy with a Filipino accent told me I signed up for an app for a secondary income. When I asked how I “signed up” he said via email and also quoted an old email address I've never really used. I told him to send me some info via email but he insisted on talking to me over the phone as part of the company's support. I wouldn't take the bait so he hung up on me...

A angry woman tries to fool me (Scam call) reported by


The woman called me and speaked indian-english. She sayd my name, and tried to offer me trade software money earning software bechause i had signed up for it. I sayd i never signed up for that. Then she got angry and sayd Monica! Several times, bechause i told her im not interested. The number was from London, and it strange that when i called my friend in Norway where i live, with my phone, the call got broke and a voice told me "the number you have dialed, is not in use" but my friends number is in use. And my friend told me that my phone number was located in London U.K on her calling display, but im in Norway and she also Live in Norway. This strange stuff happened last week, and today i got this scam call from London U.K. I think i got hacked from London last week, and that it was those hackers that called me today...

Call progressed like others, when asked to be removed from list, caller became argumentative and said cant do that we will call again. Then said they would keep calling. I asked if she was threatening me, if so I said would call the police. she hung up.

UK Number on display. Picked up and there is this lady giggling and laughing with someone first, and then started talking seriously about me registering their program to make secondary income. Know my name, which is kinda weird coz my phone is not listed under my name so they might have bought some list off or something. I told her straight out "No, I did not register for your service, please cancel my account with you and remove my number from your list." and she abruptly hung up.

They called me twice and the first time it was a very fast talking woman telling me I had contacted them and registered for financial services. (I had not). When I said I was not interested she became vera aggressive and accused me of wasting their time and "didn't I want to make money". I replied that "we both know that if I complete any transaction with them I certainly would not be the one making money". I then hung up. The second time there was no body there when I answered the call. I am blocking the number.
