Called on 3rd November at 11.50am. A lady called Liz asked for me using my full name wishing to speak to me about my life insurance policy. When I said that it was arranged through my bank and I didn't wish to speak to a third party about it, she said that due to "changes in the law" I was required to have an unbiased review of my life insurance policy every year. I repeated that, if I wished to speak to anyone about this, it would be through my bank. Liz said that, as my bank were not an unbiased agency, I could not do this. She said that her questionnaire over the phone would take ten minutes. I told her to call back after 5.3opm, then promptly blocked the number. Very rude and pushy, and after seeing Emma's comment below, I suspect the same.

Asked for me by my title and surname. I neither confirmed or denied who I was and just asked who was calling. Male then said "Oh hello Emma, I'm calling about your life insurance policy". I then said I wasnt Emma, so he asked if it was a family member. When I said no, he hung up. Number now blocked.
