Scammers!! I paid for summer 16 and never got a call or a email, tried ringing this number and there local youth company but no one contacted me for my place i cant get a refund and want me to go in autumn but i am to old then and they said that i am not able to get a refund because its past the 14 days and its not a accepted circumstance this trio was going to help me get into

I booked my daughter into the ncs for the summer. At the end she couldn't go as the training went on 4 weeks instead of three. I got a refund as stated to them ' I was told on sign up, this was refundable'. I got a call today from them from the above number. They hung up on answer!!!!

These people will spam you with numerous phone calls and texts until you sign up, if you choose to ignore them you will get contacted by there local providers, if you choose to ignore them the NCS will start to send you letters and emails, honestly these people are annoying #Cameron'sYouth

I wrote on the paper they gave me to not ring me, they said it was to show they had been at the school but i have 30 odd calls from them, i spoke to a manager and she was rude she told me that the summer is over and its for autumn and there is no record of me getting calls and she would not take Mr off her system because i did not do security checks i am sick of it

This is the National Citizenship Service (http://www.ncsyes.co.uk/) and as a parent, you should only get a call from them if your son or daughter has expressed an interest in the program. They will need to contact you for parental consent.
