Indian guy tried calling on my land line telling me that my Internet will be shut off today for 6 months. He was going to go into why and asking me to log into my computer (which I don't have) and asked for number to call back of which he gave me the number but said are u calling back immediately I said no will be at least a few hours and instantly hung up on me.

Please do not be taken in by this call. There is no £2500 to be refunded. We told the Indian guy that this was a scam he asked us How we got that info. Mm well we told him it was info on the I pad that we looked at whilst he was on the phone. Told him not to ring again.

same here, a nice indian fella called steve Anderson wants me to go to tescos and purchace a I-tunes voucher for £250, then a soliciter called Julia shaw will arrive at my workplace at around 2pm with a cheque for £2500 .. its that easy he told me... hes ringing me back at 1pm to make sure ive got the voucher.. ile try and bluff him that ive got one when he rings so that he can send the lovely Julie to my work

I have been extra stupid I paid the £125 fee as I have bad credit, then they wanted £300 from me as I couldn't give them a guarantor I have begged borrowed and pawned stuff to get this money to them. Now they are saying they want more money to cancel the transactions and give me the money back or to insure the loan as I was in my overdraft now reading all these comments I feel sick to the stomach I am a family lady who works hard and has two small children who have birthdays soon and now oh ace nothing because I have been scammed and skint with two kids in six weeks holidays

PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. Indian accent 'martin moore' called twice and is apparently calling back on Tuesday, said they were from ministry of justice regarding ppi on credit cards and we were due back £2500 we just needed to get an ITunes voucher for £125 from our local tescos or sainsbury store, even told us where the local ones were to us!! Reporting!

Just Monday gone this number calls me saying that I have applied for a loan and that its been accepted of £1000. The man named Steve said i will need to buy a pay safe voucher of £50 then I will get the loan into my account. I went with what he said and bought that pay safe voucher , later that day he said i should receive the money in the money. I did not think any think of it , i thought all is genuine. the following day steve rang me back and said that i need to Buy £75 pay safe voucher again as the first payment is my first instalment towards me paying back the loan. The third and final day i spoke with the manager Jack Rogers he said that he needs to speak wit the accounts department so they release the money . I was angrey at that point , they have taken all that mooney and yet still no loan into my account. Saturday 23 April 2016 i rang there office as they claim to be in Holborn Captial Finical loan company thats who they claim to be. I spoke with Jack Rogers he told me that as they cant release the loan he will refund my money back to me. he said i should get it around 3pm. 3pm came i rang the office, did any body pick up ? No answer at all just answering machine. I have also sent them a rude e-mail as they also emailed me about the loan. I have contacted Action Fraud yesterday but still waiting to hear from them. Now i have lost £225.00 witch im really upset about and wondering y i did not notice sooner that they were fraudster. They are also Indian guys that are doing the fraud. stupid guys.

Similar format to others. They call to offer you a cheque for £2500 to cover missold PPI. I needed to pay £250 Pay Safe Voucher which they would endorse and return to me. No money seemed to change hands but stay clear. Photo ID needed. Probably an identity fraud

Stay away form this scam company. They claim to be calling from the Ministry of Justice saying that I have a cheque which I am owed by Halifax. That I need to pay £125 by paysafe voucher as tax before I receive my £2500. Someone will come to my door and give me my cheque. I told them that MOJ offices are closed because of bank holiday but they insisted they were open as there are many branches under Ministry of Justice. I asked if I could visit their office to collect the cheque. The, so called, senior manager Fred threatened me that the cheque might be cancelled and I will have to pay a cancellation fee. Beware and report them if you get a call!

Just received a phone call from this number claiming they are calling from the ministry of justice department claiming I am owed £2500. All I have to do is pay £125 for a voucher and someone will come to my door and give me my cheque. I explained you are a scam company and looked at all the reviews were you take peoples money and they then don't receive what they're owed. I also said if you are legit then why do I need to pay £125 at a corner shop and not through DIRGOV.CO.UK where all payments are made. Don't fall for it guys!!

I got call from this number, all the callers had Indian accent. They promised to advance me a loan, but I had to pay £120 is advance as my first month installment. Please stay away from them. I managed to get some details from them which I am forwarding to Action Fraud
