Unsolicited call reported by mm
claimed to be from NPower. I asked several times whether he actually worked for NPower, and he said yes. I asked for the address of the business, and where he was calling from. He said he didn't know, and after being asked this 3 times, he cut me off, though he kept the line open. This call was made to my business line, which has been registered with TPS for years.

Call centre reported by I hate liars
Chap from India called my Company phone number using NPOWER as the lead in. I said was this about my recent boiler installed by NPOWER, He said no, but he could offer me 20% savings on energy prices. I said are you only offering NPOWER, He said No, the whole market... I said OK mate, I'm going to now be rude to you . and very loudly I told him to #@~# off I have lodged this issue with NPOWER and they will now deal with it.

Claimed to be from NPower (yeah right), wanting to speak to the manager. Asked if this was a cold call and they hung up. Draw your own conclusion from that!
