Been very annoyed by this caller a number of times this week, including early morning weekday and weekend. When he does speak he claims to be called Alex and is doing a survey, terminate call at this point.

Funny how these scam calls hit my land line straight after submitting a line fault to British Telecom! Looks like some staff in BT foreign call centers and BT online chat etc, work for these scammers. Gave my mobile to BT online chat person as an alternative to landline, due to a line fault and started receiving scam PPI calls minutes later. Never had mobile scam calls before then.

at least 3 calls within 4 hours - some withheld their number but this number 02031988112 has also rang previously - very annoying when no one answers or the phone is replaced immediately. When tried to make contact, always engaged.

Asian man called 3times, first one asking for my late father i said he is no longer here which he replied with how did he die i said good bye put phone down. then second call same again how did he die, so i put phone to speaker and let him here some of my music, then 3rd call was a little abusive so i let him here some more of my music just a little louder that time!!!

Asian man calling from Microsoft, said pc was running slow, quoted a 30 digit number claiming only he know that was my Microsoft code when I purchased pc, and as he only knew it, it proves he is 'genuine'. Let he ramble on for 10 mins and then hung up (whilst I was powering up the pc) NOT. 5 mins later he calls back, luckily I can withhold calls. Beware people !!

Asian man phoning our house landline number twice a day saying he is from Microsoft. Won't stop, even though we tell him we know its a scam and to stop calling. Next time we are going to blow a sport whistle down the phone.

I was contacted today at my business address by this number, 02031988112. He was very abrupt and told me he WAS fixing my computer and need to press the windows icon and the letter 'R' I asked for a name (mark william) and a contact number so my IT department could contact them as they were not onsite. He got quite aggressive but I kept asking him for the information He then suddenly told me the problem was fixed and hung up.... Next time I am going to play with them as this is the second call in 2 days

I played along to the callers requests, switched off hub before doing so, I asked for confirmation of ms partnership, didn't give me that, but was able to give me the "send to target" number of my laptop, how'd he know it, or is it freely available to anyone?

People be aware, this range of numbers 020319881xx is already reported as fake Microsoft help line, scam - just fishing for your personal info or acces to your computer data. Block it. Do not rely on do-not-call registers, use the application from these pages for your mobile phone (it works fine for android, have the same on mine) - it can also block all negative numbers and you just receive a message that some call was blocked. Easy...

This number called today 02031988112 telling me I was part of a security risk in uk and I needed to log on to my pc immediately. When I asked politely for my number to be removed from their database I was informed that I should listen and they could not. When I asked again and told them they were breaking UK laws and I was recording the call, add my UK right - the Asian man became aggressive and told me to f**k myself and they would get me for that. Had I not been on my guard this would have been a very intimating and scary call - please share and advise those less experienced and more vulnerable
