Rang my business number and asked for someone connected to the business. I asked who it was and they said "Tracy, and it's a private call". I told them I'm actually the MD of the business and asked how they got my number, to which she just kept repeating "it's a private call, do you know what that means". Awful attitude, god knows what they were trying to sell but the lady on the other end I suspect has never had a formal education and probably spills spaghetti hoops down her top every night.

This company is a legit business - having said that I see why people may be upset when she wont disclose the information becauenit may come across as unusual. However this is for the confidentiality of the owner. This call is for the owner after and it’s uo to them whether they chose to take the call or not. The owner may or may not know Jo previously- but there’s a reason she doesn’t disclose what she requires to speak with him:her about, and that should repsoected.

Lady called my company asking for Mr J Bloggs, When I said whether it was a joke, as Joe Bloggs is used when people don't know the name of who they want to speak to, she told me that he was expecting her call. I then replied that I am the company director and she can speak to me if she'd like, To which she replied, forget it i'll just send him an email. Stupid Woman.

Has anybody else spotted that the positive reports here all seem badly spelt? Dare we think that they are all from the same person ? Dare we even think they are fake ? ..Maybe from the lady herself.... ? She has a very bad name on this and other sites..how can so many people be wrong? I must ask her next time she calls.

I think many of the comments on here are based on many nosey people that wanted to no what the call was regarding when it was for somebody else's attention. Confidentiality is paramount and I would have been extremely angry if they had given any info to my receptionists. They are in a difficult position because receptionists are asked to screen calls but they can not tell them exactly what it's about so therefore this is the only way to get through to say calling back. As soon as I understood what it was about I completely understood. I think some people need to be less nosey and reserve judgement and perhaps get on with there own work rather than wasting there energy making silly comments on here especially when they don't no the facts.

I hate these type of calls. That said I keep a Fart Gun from Dispicable Me next to my phone for when I get them and just keep pressing that till they hang up on me. This call is from a person calling themselves Joe, but is rude and disrepectful which I find bizarre as they phoned me. Basically a scam message to try and get business details. They hang up if you don't tell them anything.

A lady called today and asked for the MD to which I asked where she was calling from she said Warrington when I asked which company she said Warrington again with the worst attitude! I asked what it was regarding and she said 'calling back as arranged' since spoke with the MD and he has no knowledge whatsoever, really should of put her through he would of wiped the floor with her, were totally fed up with scammers wasting time.

Had a call from this number. He didn't disclose to my receptionist for confidential reasons. After going through the call with the joey i was happy with the outcome. All these comments mention he 'Lied' & 'Wouldnt tell my recepetionist'. If you went further into the call you would understand why its confidential and they are good at complaisance. So stop filing useless reviews when this company as helpful Its statically proven that on average you tell 7 people of a negative moment but only 4 when a positive moment. Being a director myself i did look straight into reviews and i do believe this company are helpful and positive.

Sir J. S..... did someone forget to tell you that you died in 2003? Obviously that small fact is somewhat clouding your judgement. The calls from this number are a scam and the people who make the calls are immensely rude. I would advise anyone getting a call from this number to just let it ring out. They don't leave any voicemail messages and a complete bloody nuisance.

I had this lady call for me, as I am the MD, while I had not spoke to her previously I found her to be polite, and provided all of the information I asked for. I have dealt with this company personally as a result of this call, and am very pleased with the results. Definitely not a scam at all!

Is "name" available ? No, may I ask whos calling? Jo , Brunte calling as arranged. Mr " Name" is not available can I ask what company your calling from. Just "JO" calling as arranged. I am sorry Mr. "name" is not available. When he is not available I am instructed under company policy to take your details and ring he will ring you back. I will just send him an email as before and hung up. After speaking with Mr. "Name" he had not a clue of this person. Called twice both timeS had not made any arrangements SPAM OR SALES

A lady on the phone by the name of Jo asking for one of our Compnay directors was very rude. I asked who was calling and said 'sorry it's a crackly line what was your name?' and she just shouted down the phone asking for the director again. I passed her on to another person and she still won't respond with where she was calling from or what the call was regarding and just got increasingly shouty and aggressive. Even for nuisance calls or sales calls that a sure fire way not to get through to anyone.

She was very rude using tactics that it was a personal call to get through to the director and that she had said he had asked her to car him. This was a blatant lie. I said we were not interested and she rang back to say we lived in a civilised society and then put the phone down. If this is how they deal with people then no wonder they are telemarketing people to sell the business for them. Frankly I wouldn't trust them to sell sand to the desert let alone my company

Call handler

I work for a call handling service and she has called twice for the same person, she pretends it's a personal call and tries to intimidate you into transferring to relevant person. She is extremely rude when she gets nowhere.
