They've called me three times today already. As soon as I answer, the line goes dead. When I called them back the automated voice says airport parking investment and press 1 for sales. I did and then the line went dead. Should be closed down as totally unwanted and unsolicited call.

Its not a scam. Hall and Hanley are a licenced claims managment company. I have checked with the FCA and MOJ and there is NO action pending as per some of the bizarre claims on here. I used their services and had over £5000 refunded by Lloyds and still have 2 more claims whih are currently being loked t by the financial ombudsman. Hall and Hanley were honest, open and upfront about their fee structure and I for one am grateful to them for getting me back well needed money.

It is a scam. All you needed to do was to contact the bank you bought your PPI from and you could have kept a lot of more the "well needed money". Although I'd argue anyone that bought PPI doesn't deserve to get refunded anyway...

Received a call from these people and they hung up immediately. I phoned them back and, surprisingly a very pleasant chap answered. He advised me that the company name is Hall and Hanley and they offer a PPI reclaim service. He agreed to remove me from their database (don't know whether that will happen but my experience with the guy was a good one). Definitely a number to block though

Answered and they hung up, called back and instantly went onto hold. no company name or details, just hold music. Wonder if I was being charged a premium rate?

Avoid this company at all costs. They are under investigation by the FCA and police for fraudulent activities. Don't become a victim.

Just called by this number - extremely rude. Didn't know who they were calling and said don't you even know your own name. I replied with a rude comment and disconnected the call. I have now blocked the number.

Totally agree with Andrew Parsons. The person I spoke to said they worked for the FCA and then asked for my credit card details. Do not answer this number or respond to calls they are only after your money!! Have reported them to FCA so hopefully will be significantly fined and shut down.

Rang 11:00 am 15 Dec. I answered, but no response from caller - just silence. Certainly not a number I recognised as a trusted caller.

Called at 16.24 - Claimed to be from a PPI company that I had responded to a text message from. Never received a text message on the day they stated. I said the phone was on the TPF so should not receive unsolicited calls. They responded by saying the TPF haven't prosecuted anyone in the 12 years they've been running so why should anyone bother. Obnoxious individual. Don't answer

They called me today supposedly about my "PPI Claim". I don't have one. This is the sixth or so call I have had from different numbers about this and I got angry with the last bloke. I ordered him never to call my number again. it sounds pointless but in fact you have to tell them this or they can weasel out of it later. Also you must report them to the Information Commissioner's Office and also put your number on The Marketing Preference Service.
