Same as others, TPS registered and yet I get at least 2 calls in quick succession from spoofed numbers, only to get a text from the Manchester number saying I missed a call.

Was phoned twice in two minutes. Did not recognise the number and so did not answer. Then saw the feedback from Andrea. Blocked the number as spam. Pains in the neck!!!

I have received 22 missed calls on my ex-directory, TPS-registered mobile from this number since 20'January this year - it 'spoofs' other numbers to make it appear the calls are coming from various regions of the UK, these regional numbers are those shown on my phone's calls log; however my visual voicemail/ missed call service shows the number which called on each of these occasions to have been 0161 814 8824. Call pattern is always that 2 calls are shown as made at the same time (or within 1 minute of each other). There are 4 other calls I have received which I strongly believe to have come from this number (due to type/ pattern) but where the callng number has not logged on my visual voicemail/missed call service - calls follow same pattern, 2 calls at same time or within 1 minute of each other, supposedly from different regions of the UK. No message has ever been left when I have received any of these calls. No more calls so far today - but am anticipating more.

Offered me £200 fuel and £250 in shopping vouchers in exchange for a few questions, including who I bank with, and other personal information. Obvious to say o refused. Since had 10 missed calls in an hour

This number should be a landline from Manchester - I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet, but the similar numbers are always marked as call centre - accident claims or surveys (market research). Does someone have some experience with this one? Nuisance call for me, blocking it now.
