Donuts. Claim to already have a case with me and want to send out my form to finalise the PPI claim. I never taken out a PPI in my life. Cold callers and very annoying. The agent who called seemed to been turned down all day. Hope he resigns and get on with his life. Working for these idiots is not the solution... I have these people.

Phone rang at 12.12pm today (29th June 2015). Husband answered as he works from home and all he heard was a female voice saying "then you just add the VAT" (presumably to a colleague). He said it was obviously a call centre from the cacophony of voices in the background, and despite him saying hello a few times, she never answered/spoke to him and then hung up. I dialled 1471 and was given the number 0161 814 8818, but with no option to return the call, so I dialled the number and heard an answerphone message saying "the person at ext. 2002 is not currently available, please leave a message" - I didn't. I loathe these people - they have no respect for people's privacy or time. We've been registered with the TPS and opted out of the edited electoral register for years, but it's had little effect (and the ICO is worse than useless!). In desperation, I opted to go ex-directory under BT's Privacy Policy a couple of months ago and these damn calls STILL haven't stopped! What the hell are we supposed to do?! Today I've logged a complaint with the TPS - for what good that ever does! :(

This company is called Money Protect. I get several silent or abandoned calls a week from them. I have emailed and told them to remove my number, they say that according to their records no "human" calls have been made by them. I am on the telephone preference register and they assure me that they comply with TPR regulations. They have informed me that my number has now been removed from their system. I have reported their details to Ofcom and would recommend that anyone else receiving calls from them also file a report.

Missed call, rang back. Spoke to nice receptionist is asked if the call was relevant and removed my number when I said not. We will see if it is removed.
