Company behind this number is Kinex based in Manchester by this number is an Ipswich number, they claim and guarantee to be able to half our BT Call / Broadband & TV package. He wanted usual information about how much we were paying BT, I gave him a false figure, just to get him to stop asking. Then insisted on a home visit the following day, to which i said no, as i had other more pressing matters to deal with rather than worry about phone charges etc. It's another of those scam companies, just don't spend anymore time on this.

Made out she knows my manager when I know that he has never spoken or had contact with anyone from that company. Have blocked them several times but they keep calling from different numbers.

This is Kinex. They ignore ALL requests not to call. When their number is blocked they will call from a different number. Report them to the ICO - it takes 1 minute - as they are breaking GDPR regulations. Their MD is Chris Earle from Verastar. They need a massive fine or to be put out of business.

Reduce phone call charges with BT (Company) reported by


Sounded amateurish, called work number, asked were we with BT, said yes, she said could reduce charges by half without any changes. Asked to come in nextday to explain details. Then went straight on to ask any other utility bills to hand, electric gas etc. Suspect they would just change you over anything for a commission.
