The caller wanted to speak to my colleague of which I asked for more info regarding the call so I could transfer. The caller said 'I already spoke to him 2 weeks so can you transfer me across? I responded 'Can you please give me some info' and before you know it, he hung up on me.

Civilised, but launches into information mining. Halted call after mention of "special offers in your area" and queried where my umber had been obtained from - it was a "database" shared with them containing company details, not Companies House. Terminated call.

The caller claimed to be able to provide cheaper phone lines. They lied about having made appointments with other farmers in the area who I happen to know and who they had made no appointment. When they realised I would not bite they just hung up. Con artists, Connex I believe the little rodent claimed to work for.Total scammers.

Caller said he was doing a lot work tomorrow on our Industrial Estate for all BT customers. He then asked if I had a BT line to which I replied, you should know if you are doing all the work for BT customers. You must know who your customers are.
