Same as other people described. They charged 199 euros for deleting a supposed virus on my computer. But there was no virus. They used Gotoassist to remote control computer making out that they are part of Microsoft. They then tried to sell on anti virus software which I said I didn´t want because I had and they tried to force me into it and still charged my card although I said no. Not sure what information they got from assessing my computer. But I cancelled the charge with my credit card and also stopped my card. It starts with computer getting blocked with an audio message saying do not turn off your computer, there is suspicious behaviour, etc. It´s quite convincing. You phone the number and you speak to a woman who shows you how to unfreeze your computer and then they take access to supposedly remove the virus or hackers, making out there are around 23 people hacking in at that precise moment, to cause you concern. They then charge to do it and then want more, but there wasn´t even a problem in the first place. Not sure how they get in to do this but they are computer experts! You can´t check to see if it is a scam because you can´t do anything on your computer...only they can. If you get this message DO turn off your computer immediately and then run scans, etc.

They charged my Credit Card for 199$ for deleting a supposed virus on my computer. But there was no virus at all ! They used Gotoassist to remote control my computer.

They called asking for $399.00 to take a virus off of my Computer, they claimed to be aspire IT support. They offered to but kaspery or something like that on my computer, when I searched it up it turns out that the us has banned that because Russia is behind it

Bogus company. They have called daily for over six months, trying to market their electricity offers. I have repeatedly explained that I was not interested in their offers and they keep calling (even withholding their number at times - I know it is the same company because it is the same person speaking). Disgusting harassment.
