Scam call reported by JazzEd
A man who identified himself as John Logan told me that I won a 2nd place prize in a raffle and it was worth $356,000 plus an additional $44,000 in cash. John told me the BBB and the FBI were OK with this. Three people (Robert Sawyer, Dean Goldberg, and Miss Susan White) were to come to my home the next morning to explain everything. I strung him along for a while and eventually was told I would have to pay a tax of $1500 on the winnings, he mentioned something about a money order. When I told him to just take it out of my winnings he said I could just pay $750 in cash. I just kept saying "no" and he finally called me a f*****g something or other. He then hung up.
