Fraudulently Claims to be Dept of Work & Pensions (Unsolicited call) reported by Martin
Recorded call introducing themselves as Dept of Work & Pensions. Claims that they believe you have had an injury or accident but 'according to our records you have not yet claimed'. Then goes on to invite you to make a claim.

Got an unsolicited call from them on my mobile saying I had a car accident in the last 2 and a half years and been injured. Press 5 if I wanted to take it further.
I had not had an accident. After several calls I decided to press 5 and see what happened. They now ring several times a day and I refuse the calls. Might decide to answer just to waste their time but presumably if this was illegal they would have been dealt with by now?

Short ring then stops. I believe they want you to call them back out of curiosity, so that YOU pay to listen to their pitch/scam.
