Despite being on the TPS do not call list, this company has called me several times a week for the past 9 months. They are automated (machine) calls and usually leave a message about a new boiler or sometimes about ppi. They have used various other numbers including one with a US dialling code. I consider this unwanted harrasment and as there appears to be no way to get them to stop I have reported them to the ICO. I suggest others do the same. It is illegal to call people with automated messages without their permission, regardless of wether or not you are TPS registered. This company is breaking the law, so please report them at: https://ico.org.uk/concerns/marketing/

when these calls come through there is a machine offering you back ppi when I dialled 5 to speak to someone I asked them to remove my number from this system. the person hung up on me.

Yes, I too have been getting this no a lot 0843 724 3451. I have got to the point where I don't even answer any calls at all on the landline - I just do a 1471. If I wasn't tied up in a contract I would do away with my landline altogether. I will ring Virgin and see if they can block it. useful info on this site thanks.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some PPI company). I recommend to block the whole 0843724xxxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range? People I am sick of these numbers... please just one good and professional service - but such would not use line for shared costs, right...?
