A guy called to ask why I wanted to leave sky I told him it was because of sky News and particularly Kay Burley Beth Rigby and Jon Craig and said to him it was interesting that I had to go to sky Australia on YouTube to get an unbiased news report about Britain so yes I cancelled my account because of sky News He said okay and that was the end of the call

Let’s call myself Paul! Caller said is that Paul, I said yes. Then went straight into sales pitch offering upgrades on my package. I said hold fire aren’t you going through Data Protection Q&A. He said not needed, I’m said but my name could be Bob. Started offering me Sky Q, I said I already have that! I said surely you must have knowledge of my package if your calling from Sky. He said not necessarily. I said can you see my concerns! Then he said it’s because your a Sky mobile customer, I said ok can you confirm what mobile package I’m on, he couldn't verify so. Therefore I said to him can see my concerns!! Started back tracking and his verbal manner started to get annoyed but still professional so to speak. Call ended.
