I didn’t answer so they left me a voicemail. They said they were calling in response to an enquiry I had made to them via email, but since I had missed their call they said they would reply to my email instead. I did indeed send them an email a few days ago (to the accessibility email address from their website https://accessibility.sky.com/contact-us) and they have sent a reply to it, which was received about 10 minutes after they left the voicemail .
