I recieved a call from this number today to my landline phone, with caller display. As the number was not recognised I didn't answer. There was no message left. On checking the number, it appears to be a scam. The call was supposedly from BT.

The jury is currently out as to whether this is BT, a third party company calling on behalf of BT, or a scammer. Since they didn't leave any message, I don't know, and because of the very nature of this silent call, I won't be answering it any time they ring, either...
