Natwest don't ignore!! if they are called you as it's most likely something to do with your bank being overdrawn or a missed payment it's not a scam or nuisance call if your unsure still and don't want to pick up ring NatWest urself

Sent a text to the house phone, we call ed them back and they just kept asking for bank details however I have already dealt with the natwest debt team due to a different account and that isn't the coerect number I also compared it to the natwest contact site and couldn't find it luckily we hung up

Got calls from this number and they did sound robotic and scam-y so I google'd it. Turns out I had an outstanding direct debit and if I hadn't called back and sorted it it would have affected my credit rating. DON'T IGNORE! If you're unsure call them back.

This number is Natwest collections,if you have missed a loan payment or a previous charge they will call you,this number shouldn't be ignored and people who have reported this number as a scam are misleading,if the number is ignored the Natwest may proceed with charges,I know this as I ignored the number and I am paying for it now.

They say it's natwest, and ask you questions which you have to press number which is the correct answer, but mine doesn't correspond to their data and then send me to speak to an operator who never answer. I don't think it's legit.

I agree, so i rang Natwest and they had no record of the call ever going out to me.

Do not give them any info its a scam I spoke to the NatWest fraud team 13.05.2015 and they do not use this number or messages, they are fishing to track what numbers to confirm hit red button. Also if you do on line banking never log in if the site asks you to use the card reader this is another scam. The card reader is only used to set up an account you want to pay into. IT IS NEVER USED FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE. I got hit ref this for over £5K..
NatWest refunded so be aware.
