Cancelled an insurance policy on a washing machine because I no longer needed it. The app has blocked quite a few calls since. Not sure why they want to speak with me when I'm the one who no longer needs them.

It is definitely Domestic and General They called to tell me my direct debit for appliance warranty had been cancelled and asked if I wanted to re set it, which I did as it was cancelled by mistake.

I agree it was DandG they rang me to remind me my insurance was due for renewal. I didn't renew it over phone just in case and did it online later.
