A recieved a call from a man pretending to be rbs bank (Scam call) reported by


I was cold called by someone who knew my name and none of my other details. The scammer was asking to set up a zoom call to take banking details. He was claiming that since the banks were shut due to covid-19, he could arrange a zoom call for me to discuss my account. I had not contacted the bank previously qsking for and appointment. Furthermore when i cintacted RBS they were not familiar with the number.
