Call centre , said was from BT (1471+googled to confirm) Man, who barley spoke English, made multiple guess`s at my name, told me "a bt emergency" then wanted to make small talk very scripted and suspect, my bt bill was 2 days overdue,told him to F???k ?ff I have (HAD) been a BT customer for over 30 years and have managed to pay my bill without the assistance of some kid in a call centre .. Have since paid my bill and am still getting calls from this number. solution? I am leaving BT
