To the person at the beginning of this thread who says it's an ok call....Is this a joke? Yeah, they say they are vanquis and then,without explaining why they are calling they ask me to answer a few security questions, first one being what's my date of birth....ummmmm???

No point in the other people commenting here lying. You owe vanquis money, you agreed to pay. They didn't GIVE you hundreds/ thousand and of pounds, they lent it to you, so, they have the right to ask for it back. Legally as well. They do call a few times but I'm not going to leave a negative comment when literalky 100% my fault. Same way it's 100% your fault if you take out credit and don't pay.

Numerous calls , when check by calling theem back a disconnect type sound followed byba recorded message that Vanquis bank have tried to contact you and they will try again, if wait transferred to a person, probaby an Indian Call centre. Customer Action Team Freepost RSBJ-HULA-XLGG, PO Box 399, Chatham, ME4 4WQ I am going to send a lot of junk mail to this address for every call I receive, 8 so far in last 2 months suggest other people do the same and see how theyb like that!!!!
