Stole £5000 from me via this number (Scam call) reported by Simon
Received a call claiming to be from NatWest and asking me to verify via this number. This number sounds like NatWest but it isn't. It convinces you that there's been fraudulent transactions on your account and that you need replacement cards. Then someone arranges to call at your home address to collect your old cards and give you new ones. They turn up at your house, take your cards, and proceed to steal money from your account. Very sophisticated scam.

Automated call purporting to be from Natwest regarding transactions made. Accompanied by unsolicited text messages listing transactions, so clearly a slick operation. Call references an account-holder name which is not mine, and is too badly pronounced to distinguish. Main reason I am sure it's fraud is that I don't bank with Natwest!

Natwest Card Fraud (Robocall) reported by Charlie
Recorded message saying that credit card had been used fraudulently and to call this number. Strange because the genuine Natwest Bank Fraud phone numbers are very different. They used the genuine recording and voiced over the genuine phone numbers.This is serious as someone has obviously intercepted the details from the transaction that was made earlier in the day. This will be officially reported. DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER

Have had exactly the same, text message to say added a new payee, followed by fraudulent transaction on credit card so card was blocked and then 2 phone calls to say from nat west fraud squad and this number. i know it is not as i had already spoken to the original fraud squad. apparently they have my number and name from somewhere but my banking is safe. Do not respond to any of them!!!
