"This is John from Accident Claims Services" Very heavy accident, asked him to repeat it twice so I could get the name. "I am calling about your recent accident." Told him to go away (politely!), blocked the number and reported it to ico.org.uk.

I told the caller to leave me alone and he was very abusive towards me. I let him rant for quite a while before i cut him off and blocked him. Why isn't Ofcom doing something about these companies?

WARNING. This company uses VERY ABUSIVE AND EXPLICIT LANGUAGE. When you say: . . No, Not interested, No I've had no accidents, Please remove my number from your Auto-dialer, This is what I have had hurled at me, and on more that one occasion the phone has They are an Accident Claims/Ambulance Chacer company. . Never managed to find our who they are, . Unfortunately you can not ring them back, the sly lor I've just had 37calls from these people in 5days and not my other phone, a basic Nokia!!! Thank all the God's for having this app on my smart phone, they've not managed to get through yet. .

Said he was from the claims centre wanting to speak to the person on this number who had an accident recently. Told him he was phoning a business line and he put the phone down. Phoned back two hours later. Same conversation again. Reported to TPS.
