I received a text from this number claiming to be something to do with PPI, I was suspicious as the message was incomplete so I checked it on various sites like this one, it's def a scam so I blocked them.

Although the number used to call from has no negative ratings, this number I am asked to call has several negative ratings as a telesales number. I have not responded to confirm, but people can draw their own conclusions
