Asked Reassured for an online Life cover quote, instead it says right at the end, they will phone. They have called 3 times 3 different numbers 3hours. If you cannot be honest, you get no business, blocked.

Persistent in their own right, but calls continue whatever you say or request. In fairness it doesn't seem to one person alone. Your number seems to go into a pool of leads, which any of their staff can utilise. They also have a range of (line) numbers to use. including (in my case), a local number to me. Don't be fooled though it's a company line. Best action ? If you aren't interested, Block it... they do not give up.

I'd requested information via email only,however they keep telephoning. I've explained this but they keep talking quickly and continue to ask questions about amounts, reasons for cover etc. Explained again, asking for email information only, yet they continue to call. Three different people so far. Am now blocking the number, two missed calls again today. Not good.

Alleged follow up for an insurance quote I did online. I received an email from the insurance company and as a result I took out the policy. However, this caller would not believe I had taken out a policy and put me on hold for long periods of time. In the end I hung up.
