I asked what the call was regarding and she wouldn’t tell me. She asked me to confirm my DOB. I said I didn’t feel comfortable but she said she couldn’t tell me anything without me confirming my details so just hung up

they called ( HSBC correction team) and stated the right amount that i HAD MISSED THE WEEK EARLIER! I made the payment. Also I asked my balance on the card and they told me the right balance too! so, who else other then the HSBC team know that???

I answered this call from HSBC and rang them back via their number on the credit card. The second caller confirmed all the details that had been given during the first call. It's their collection services department.

This is HSBC Credit Card and it is genuine. I got a letter saying I had missed a payment today and to ring them on the same number. It's 100% genuine, I have no idea why HSBC Bank didn't recognise the number when I rang the other day. I can only apologise for scaremongering on Wednesday

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!! I just received a call from them, and they said they were HSBC. I immediately called my bank and they said that this IS NOT a call from them OR any of their numbers. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. SCAM*!!!!!
