As other people commented, a bit difficult to understand their accent, but they want to arrange a survey on a property we are selling so as far as I can tell they seem legit, either that or there is a data leak at the estate agent or solicitor. It would be good if this number actually appeared on the company web site.

I deal with Colleys regularly and they are legit property surveyors. Their booking team seem to be based somewhere in or around India because every time I speak with someone they have a thick Asian accent, as other posters have commented upon. Painful to deal with, but as I say - legit.

Fully legit, selling our house and this number calls to arrange for surveyor to come and value house on behalf of house buyers mortgage lender. BUT.....very difficult to understand the messages left due to very, very thick 'Asian' accent from callers. Does initially raise concerns it is a scam call!

A male with a thick foreign accent and very poor English phoned to tell me I needed a mortgage valuation. I could understand very little of what he said but as I am moving home I thought it must be concerning a purchaser and arranged an appointment. I am now very concerned that this is probably a scam.
