Listened to this for a long time, unexpected call, complex information about my Virgin mobile phone, amount of data etc, tried to cope with it all despite great difficulty hearing exactly what was being said, (lots of background noise, trying to tune in to a different accent, lots of complicated detail), I persevered because they said it was Virgin and they knew my contract for the mobile would soon end. Eventually sent contracts on my mobile, was this all a scam? I had 24 emails from them. I did not trust them at all. I did not sign any contracts.

It MAY be Virgin, but an easy way to annoy them, tell them to call later, when they do let them go through the sales speel.They then try and get you to confirm part of your password, tell them you confirm nothing on incoming calls, got a sarcastic "Thanks for wasting my time" Job done then on my part, hope they don't call in future.

It came up on my phone Suspicious Spam.I have blocked this number yet they are phoning again. I told her that someone else phone from Virgin onthe 0800 hundred number asking the same questions. Told them not interested. I said that she is calling from a call centre which she said Yes in the Philippines what's that all about told her was going to look up the number and then she hung up.

Was expecting a call as I'd blocked all their other numbers, when they didn't stop calling me 4 months ago, when I had asked them not to call me. So I have upgrade after haggling a bit for a better deal. Also put in a complaint. All good now.

This number definitely comes from virgin media (mobile). They call when your contract is nearly up to try and convince you to upgrade, or "make you aware of your options" I have received around 30 of these calls, at the worst time having them call me 3 times a day. I contacted them myself using my mobile phone, thinking this number was a scam, it was not... I told them that the amount of times I have been contacted is unacceptable, no matter how many times that I told them that I wasn't upgrading until the new iPhone came out and that they need to stop calling me, they continue to this day call me at least once per day... Definitely will be leaving virgin mobile when I do change phones...

Lady called today from this number. Caller refused to confirm my name. She was unclear what she wanted. Asked me if I rreceived emails from Virgin regarding my direct debit amount changing. Told me to check my emails. Contradicts conversation I had with Virgin Mobile last week when I telephoned them. There was something off with this caller. She kept calling me ma'am and didn't complete any data protection nor did she advise me calls are recorded for training and monitoring etc. Caller hung up after I challenged her identity. Nothing professional or legit about this call today.
