I've had they lloyds bank app for ages and it kept telling me they had to call me to verify my account for the app, and whenever I requested a call no one ever called. One night I was awake at 11pm and I decided to try it again, and finally after months of trying my phone actually rang with this number! I answered it and it was making a very loud noise like someone was rubbing the mic for about 15 seconds, and then all I heard was deep, scary breathing into the phone. This scared me so much I hung up, but it called me back 3 times and I declined each call. After I decided to google the number to see if it was legit Lloyds bank and apparently it was looking at all these ratings
