An unscrupulous sister company of Easy Life (Telemarketer) reported by


Having ordered from Easy Life products previously my guard was down. They even knew what I had ordered so thought must be ok. A very fast spoken foreign lady wanted me to join their club offering money off vouchers throughout the membership. I wouldn’t commit as I really couldn’t understand what she was saying, just plenty of “is this ok for you?”. In the end she said she would send me the information. Exactly 14 days later I received the paperwork which was totally at odds with what she said. I had 14 days to cancel. Took me ages to get through but I cancelled it and got confirmation. I was really fuming. The next thing I find is that they had debited my credit card with £69.50 on the same day I cancelled it that was 7th December 2020 and I still haven’t been refunded!. In my book that is a very shady operation!.
