Got a quick quote online, £17 per month based on my answers: age, ****, non smoker, post code... 5 minutes later had a call from the company to give me a ‘more custom quote’.. 30 minutes later, after having several disclaimers read at me and me giving the same answers as per the initial quote, the ‘custom quote’ became £160 per month...!? I admit, I felt like I aged during the sales spiel but not that much.. I won’t bother with this company again

The amount of times they will call you is simply staggering. You do not get an option to ask for Telemarketing calls (so a GPDR fine coming up....) But you will get a lot of persistent sales calls after a quote on the site. Yes Vitality...this is indeed how you win customers
