They make me sick these sort of people. They buy debts which have already been written off by the original company then pester the living daylights out of someone who is already stressed to death. Capquest.

CapQuest debt collectors. Student loans based for me. I'm receiving a barrage of calls, some silent, some with human contact. Bullying to pay back my student loan, threatening solicitor action, etc. They can't do anything if you're earnings are under the threshold, but they call and write constantly. Block the number and only deal with written communication. Very, very nasty bullying techniques and threats. They need to be reported.

They appear to be a leech-like organisation who buy old debts and then chase the 'debtors' having first added on 'fees' in order to make a profit. Their website implies that they are helping people in some way, but I find this implausible. I recommend that you have nothing to do with them. If they have any real interest in contacting you let them use the mail as a reputable company would.

Company called Capquest leaving a voicemail for an unknown person. Clearly wrong number but, as the message left is recorded there isn't a real person to listen to my voicemail and realise they are wrong! Block them each time but they just change numbers.

called back; debt recovery firm chasing someone I had never heard of and they thought phone number related to an entirely different address. They wanted my full name - I refused as the number I called from was the one they had so they could pull up the information they had.
