The person who had my mobile number before me was in debt. This debt has now been passed on to Lowell who continue to ring me on an almost daily basis from various numbers. There is never a human on the other end, always a recorded message, so I can't tell them that they have the wrong number.

I have blocked this number several times. Also have contacted Telephone Preference Service. It's horribly persistent and invasive. I don't owe any money.
