This very well spoken man rang me,his introduction was hello I am ringing on behalf of child cancer research I said I already donate and he said not to us. When I told him that I donate to cancer research UK and said I thought it was the same thing and I thought that was good enough he said no that’s not good enough. Well that reply annoyed me so much that I thought I would have to find out more about this phone number and the moron that rang me,disgusting scam cancer is a terrible thing and anyone that tries to steal money using that as a reason deserves to be treated as a despicable thieving ****.

Supposedly from a childrens cancer charity (Non-profit Organization) reported by


I am retired and have never had children so why would I go online to register an interest in a children's cancer charity. I am not convinced this was not a scam, however in all honesty I don't know. If it is legitimate then I would like to know how they got my number which is x directory. However he was polite and said he would remove my details. Lets see if that happens. If it is a scam they should be ashamed as it negatively impacts on genuine charities.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 3334432xxx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with pension reviews, energy savings / solar panels, insurance marketing. People did they call you with something new, new scope?
