Accident compensation call (Unsolicited call) reported by Atinos
Said they got my details from a national accident database. Told me i had an open compensation claim for the accident I was involved in and that I was eligible for compensation for any significant, minor or niggling injuries incurred. Sketchy on the accident details and answers to my questions. When I told them no damage incurred and so suggesting a claim for compensation would be fraudulent they hung up. They have called again so I blocked the number.

Spoke to a Jordan Ramsey regarding accident compensation for an accident where I was the not at fault driver back in feb. He had all my details as well as all details about the accident and the other driver. He transferred me to Camps Solicitors who are no win no fee but there is a £168 fee after the solicitor takes 25% of your compensation. They then asked for my NI, Passport and Drivers License. I hung up. Now I’m getting 5-6 calls a day from them on my mobile and landline all because I said I didn’t want to progress with the claim.
