They called and were quite aggressive in trying to get me to claim for injury in a a minor accident in which my daughter had mercifully not sustained any personal injury. I explained this and they persisted, said that the other ( responsible ) party had claimed and that £3000 was "set aside" for us to claim. I said that was up to the other party and their conscience but that this was a moral decision and that I did not want to claim. They ("Femi") then got nasty and said "well I think that's ridiculous, its not a moral issue". I terminated the call. They identified the company as something like National Legal insurance services- dodgy name?
