RS Services called regarding Satellite signal. Most insistent that they had an insurance account in my name, wanted a password for when their compliance team called me tomorrow and for me to confirm the details of my bank account. Terminated the call. These people are crooks.

Claimed to be from a satellite maintenance company. Didn't quite catch the name - "RS services" maybe? In regards to our satellite TV. We don't own a satellite TV - or any TV. She said she would update their records - but I doubt it. Blocked from now on

After me asking "yes?" the machine payed "we will call you later" (Robocall) reported by


A robocall; I only picked call from unfamiliar number because it starts with "03" and I thought its from my new bank or something. This call maybe not so innocent in the light of recent news that some companies prompt you to say yes on the phone, record your answer and then "photoshop" it into phone sales record where you are entered into contract to buy something expensive and awful.

Got a call firstly asking if my Sky equipment was working OK. Then said that I hadn't made a claim on my insurance policy during the last 12 months. I told him that I didn't have a policy to which he told me that I was currently paying 119.99 to Domestic & General. I asked him for a reference number which he said he couldn't disclose to me for data protection reasons. I then asked him for the Domestic & General customer service number and he promptly hung up! Waste of time - obviously a scam.

Ask for their company registration number you should do this with all possible phone calls you really don't want to deal with and insist on it any good company would be more than happy to give you it
