Fake call claiming to be Carphone Warehouse. (Scam call) reported by IC
iPhone 11 Pro Max offer ... too good to be true. £30 on any network, even O2, the company that has just recently stopped dealing with Carphone Warehouse!! I asked for an email to confirm the deal, sent from the following address [email protected]. Last time I checked the Carphone Warehouse was singular not plural. Everything about the email looks fake. I called the Carphone Warehouse (just to double check) before I got the email through, this phone would cost a minimum of £48 per month for the phone only! Do not fall for this!!!

Pretending to be from Carphone Warehouse (Scam call) reported by Asim Pervez
I spoke to an Indian woman (Going by the accent) who was claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse calling with a "special offer for 40% off a new phone". She asked me if I was using a Samsung or an iPhone. I said that if she was from Carphone Warehouse then surely she would know which phone I'm using, given that I purchased my phone from Carphone Warehouse. She repeated her question, and I repeated mine. She repeated her question again and I repeated mine but in Hindi this time and she immediately hung up.
