Apparently, this number belongs to 02 and Carphone Warehouse. I have heard A LOT OF BAD things about this new company relationship. 02 renew your contract, and then Carphone Warehouse call to advise you they are working together, but you end up with TWO BILLS EVERY MONTH ! Block them and report them to ICO - then they will be fined unto £500,000.00p !

I work for the company that calls from this number - CAPITA Customer Management. O2 outsource all of their UK call centre work to us. You won't get any more direct than us. What ever area of O2, if you call, you're calling us.

Keeps calling me 3 o'clock in the morning if I answer no one there and if don't stop soon I will finding a way to get them done for harassment 5 days on the trot now and not just once twice every night. Like coment above I too am due to upgrade in June and I'm with O2 so I'm guessing O2 is giving out numbers for call centre's to call! I also believe it is not O2 calling as my wife same issue last year but she tried to upgrade but when she called back to check for when her new phone was going to arrive they knew nothing of her! Scammers!
